Rajdeep’s proven Capabilities in Conveying System :
A pneumatic conveying system is a process by which bulk material of almost any type are transferred or injected using a gas flow as the conveying medium from one or more sources to one or more destinations. Air is the most commonly used gas. For hygroscopic materials dry air can be used, and for potentially explosive materials an inert gas such as nitrogen can be employed.
Pneumatic conveying is more practical & economical method of transporting solid from one location to another than the mechanical conveying (Belt conveyor, Screw conveyor , vibrating conveying etc. ) because of following three reasons:-
Types of Pneumatic Conveying
DILUTE PHASE:-
Dilute phase conveying occurs when a material is conveyed in suspension in the flowing air. The material is transported at high velocities through the system while being suspended in air. It is often referred to as suspension flow because the particles are held in suspension in the air as they are blown or sucked through the pipeline.
Dilute Phase is characterized by High velocity, low pressure & High solid to air ratio.
TYPES OF DILUTE – PHASE SYSTEMS
The dilute-phase system can be designed in three ways:
Salient Features:
DENSE PHASE:-
Dense phase conveying occurs when materials are conveyed with air velocities lower than those required for dilute phase over all or part of the pipeline.
Dense phase conveying is often referred to as non-suspension flow. In which the material is conveyed as the full bore plugs separated by air gaps.
Dense Phase is characterized by Low velocity, High pressure & low solid to air ratio.

For all type of powder handling.
Following table is self-explanatory for the Selection of Dense or Lean Phase System.
Wet Scrubber:
Rajdeep's in-house Wet Scrubber for Air Pollution Control is huge, enabling selection of the most profitable solution to any dust controller or cleaning problem, large or small. System are design produced and supplied as turnkey installation with full after-sales services. We present I-house scrubber design with the most broadly used being the Dynamic wet Scrubber which offers>99.5% dust collection efficiency in the 1-2u range. It is preferably suited to all-purpose dust collection on intermediate to high dust loads.
